Processing & Production Time

All Scarflace Studios™ products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your item ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over £30
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after production
Tracked Shipping: Available at checkout

United States

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout
Delivery Time: 7-12 business days after production
Tracking: Provided for all orders

European Union

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout
Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after production
Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note:

Peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday) may cause delays
Customs processing can add 1-5 business days for international orders
Carrier delays are beyond our control

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Address Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct before completing checkout.
